Unshackled by rigid, traditional regulations, Graetz crafts this 100% Sangiovese masterwork from high-altitude, old-growth vineyards (some up to 50 years old) nestled across Tuscany.

The 2023 vintage is an absolute triumph of elegance over raw power. Sourced entirely from plots sitting above 400 meters, this cooler growing season allowed the grapes to mature slowly, resulting in incredible tension, soaring aromatics, and a breathtakingly vibrant, mineral-driven finish. Packaged in a bottle adorned with Graetz’s own vibrant canvas art, it is as much a centerpiece for the cellar as it is a masterpiece in the glass.

The Nose: A seductive, wildly aromatic bouquet bursting with fresh red raspberries, crushed rose petals, and lemon blossoms, grounded by complex savory undertones of tobacco, white pepper, and a hint of incense.
The Palate: Medium-bodied, crunchy, and brilliantly polished. It shows seamless energy and tension, striking a flawless balance between concentrated dark red fruits and lip-smacking acidity.
The Finish: Deep, persistent, and beautifully structured. The ultra-fine, silky tannins give way to a striking, stony minerality reminiscent of crushed chalk, salty pumice stone, and a twist of orange rind.
