You will know each stage of your order from processing to shipment to delivery. You will receive updates about your order via email and you can log in to your account to keep up to date with an order's status. All shipments are processed using Canada Post and issued a tracking number.

If you wish to cancel or make changes to an existing order, contact us directly by email.  If your order has not shipped, we will work with you to get it right.

If you're not 100% satisfied with your product, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund, exchange or credit. You can find our return address in the Contact Us section. Please include a copy of your receipt showing your name and address.

We do our best to process orders within a 24 hour time frame. Most orders are processed and shipped the same day an order is received.

Currently, we do not have our own retail location. Products are available directly from us though our website, the LCBO or our retail partners.

Currently, we do not offer local pickup. However, we hope to do so in the near future.
