Grape Varieties: A captivating blend of Pecorino (50%), Riesling (30%), and Chardonnay (20%).

From the Heart of Abruzzo: This exceptional Pet Nat hails from the esteemed production areas of Casalbordino and Monteodorisio. The vineyards, boasting a favorable southeast to northwest exposure, benefit from optimal sunlight and airflow.

Vineyard Excellence: The vines are trained using the spur-pruned cordon trellis system, ensuring meticulous canopy management and grape quality. With a yield of 80-100 quintals per hectare, the focus remains on producing concentrated and flavorful fruit.

Terroir-Driven Character: The medium-textured soil, enriched with clay and the presence of stones, imparts a distinct minerality and complexity to the wine.   

Early Harvest, Natural Sparkle: The grapes are carefully harvested in the second week of August, capturing their optimal ripeness. The vinification process involves a gentle white winemaking approach at a controlled temperature of 16°C. The magic of this Pet Nat unfolds with secondary fermentation directly in the bottle, initiated when the wine reaches 10 g/l of residual sugar. This natural process, occurring at a controlled temperature of 14°C, creates its signature delicate bubbles. The bottling period varies, respecting the natural rhythm of fermentation.
