2022 Domaine du Dragon Grande Cuvee Rosé

Nestled in the hills of Southern France far from the hustle and bustle of the Cote D'Azur and Cannes lies the bastide of Domaine du Dragon. Its plane trees and gushing fountain create a tranquil ambience, encapsulating Provence itself within its 24 hectares of rich clay-limestone soil and abundant springs. Unlike the patchwork of soils found in much of the region, Domaine du Dragon is singular in its almost exclusive limestone terroir - more usually encountered in Burgundy.
